Road Racers Out In Force at the Motorcycle Show Toronto

Toronto’s Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place on the Lakeshore hosted the annual Motorcycle Show Toronto February 20-22, and a wide variety of competitors from the MOPAR CSBK National tour were on hand.

Nine time Canadian Superbike National Champ Jordan Szoke staged his popular Trials demo multiple times over the three days of action, the typically BMW-mounted “Jordan of the Jungle” switching to his Express Lane-backed Sherco 300.  Szoke was joined by Dan Johnson, two time Canadian Trials Champ, as well as Johnson’s 8 year old son Aiden.

Jodi Christie, the current MOPAR CSBK Pro Superbike National Champ, divided his time between the Honda Canada booth and the Interview Stage area.

2014 Hindle Pro Sport Bike National Champ Kenny Riedmann was busy in the Triumph display, but also participated in Interview activity, updating listeners on his recent motocross back injury.  Riedmann plans to be fully fit for the start of the road race season.

2012 Amateur Superbike National Champ Trevor Daley was also active at the Show, displaying a pair of custom cruisers he built at his OneSpeed Shop in Mississauga. Daley also took to the stage with Riedmann and Christie, talking about his plans with new Suzuki GSX-R1000 equipment in 2015.
