One of 2024’s breakout stars will be renewing his program for the upcoming Bridgestone Canadian Superbike season, as Connor Campbell will continue with Canadian Kawasaki Motors and B&T MacFarlane for 2025.
A former race winner in the Pro Supersport class, Campbell moved to the feature GP Bikes Superbike category full-time last season and found immediate success, finishing seventh in the championship (out of 35 entries) and claiming the Rookie of the Year award.
The Metcalfe, Ontario native will now look to build on that strong form in his second Superbike campaign, doing so with the continued support of Canadian Kawasaki Motors and his longtime sponsor B&T MacFarlane/Kubota.
Campbell has made significant improvements to his ZX-10R with the help of Kawasaki this winter, a machine he continues to learn amidst plenty of winter testing and ongoing pre-season training.
The help of CKM, as well as 14-time champion Jordan Szoke as an unofficial teammate, have boosted Campbell’s hopes for 2025 as he looks to take another step towards podium and race winning contention in the feature class.
The continued support of B&T MacFarlane is also invaluable to Campbell’s program, having sponsored him since his national career began in the Lightweight class in 2018.
“I am extremely happy to be back under the Canadian Kawasaki Motors tent this season and with the support once again from B&T MacFarlane,” Connor said. “They have been a huge part of my step up to the Superbike class, and I look forward to moving closer to the front of the grid in my second season.”
Echoing that crucial support, Campbell will also welcome the next generation of stars into his program for 2025, supporting MiniGP graduate Mason Archer as he joins the CSBK paddock in the Super Sonic Road Race School Lightweight Sportbike Pro-AM category.
Archer will ride a brand-new Kawasaki Ninja 500 in the junior category, becoming the latest graduate of the FIM MiniGP system, an opportunity Campbell and his team are looking forward to assisting this season.
Campbell will officially begin his season in just under two weeks when the CSBK campaign kicks off at Shannonville Motorsport Park, May 16-18, just an hour west of Kingston, Ontario.
Connor would like to thank Canadian Kawasaki Motors, B&T MacFarlane and Kubota Canada, DP Brakes, Superior Crane Canada Inc., Airoh Helmets, Bickle Racing, Asap Motorsports, Moto World, Importations Thibault, Gaerne, 613Motorsports.com, Bridgestone, Hindle Exhaust, NFD Autobody, Drippinwet, Direct Bore Inc, Puig, and everyone else who has continued to support the team for 2025.
