Torin Collins made a powerful entrance to the 2025 Bridgestone Canadian Superbike Championship season at Shannonville Motorsport Park, claiming pole position and back-to-back wins in the Pro Supersport class. Riding the Novalda Suzuki, the 19-year-old brought sharp racecraft, bold moves, and undeniable entertainment value—delivering a weekend that thrilled fans and confirmed his place as a top contender for the championship.
Behind this breakout performance was a family-led team grounded in trust, adaptability, and purpose. Torin’s father, Rupert Collins, served as Crew Chief, guiding the setup of a freshly assembled bike and working through the mechanical demands of a circuit that tests both rider and machine. “It didn’t always feel smooth,” Rupert admitted with a laugh, “but we had a plan, and we stuck to it. We responded to what came up and kept it moving forward.”

His approach to cornering—authoritative, fluid, and more reminiscent of MotoGP than typical CSBK form—brought a distinctive energy to the track.
