Another championship contender will be returning to CSBK’s Pro-AM Twins class - now called Importations Thibault Twins Cup - in 2025, as Justin Marshall has officially re-signed with Suzuki Canada to pilot the highly competitive GSX-8R this season.
Marshall finished fourth in the Pro Twins championship last year for Suzuki Canada, earning three runner-up finishes in the first four races of the season aboard his largely bone-stock GSX-8R, demonstrating the competitiveness of the machine.
A renewed effort for 2025 will now aim to push Marshall and Suzuki firmly into the title chase, as he receives further support from Suzuki Canada and 613Motorsports to help fully maximize the potential of his GSX-8R.
“I’ve been working really hard to close the gap to the other manufacturers here in Canada, and I’m confident this package will help bring Suzuki back into the spotlight of the Twins class,” Marshall said. “The GSX-8R is already such a great machine, and the help I’ve received for 2025 will help us take the next step in the championship.”
Marshall’s updated program will also include a switch to Macna leathers, a Dutch suit company seen throughout the Moto2 and Moto3 grid and used by official Ducati MotoGP test rider Michele Pirro.
On top of the significant backing from Suzuki Canada and 613Motorsports, Marshall will also continue with crucial support from Pete’s Superbike, Bickle Racing, and Hindle Exhaust for 2025.
However, Marshall remains looking for additional sponsorship opportunities for this campaign, with the season opener upcoming at Shannonville Motorsport Park, May 16-18.
A longtime frontrunner in both the Twins and Lightweight categories, Marshall has claimed six national podiums and 18 top-five finishes over the last four seasons, serving as a model of consistency in both classes.
His return to the Twins class will headline an overhauled grid for 2025, with a number of riders expected to debut in the category in what will be one of the most anticipated championship battles of the year.
Justin would like to thank Suzuki Canada, 613Motorsports, Pete’s Superbike, Bickle Racing, Hindle Exhaust, and everyone else who has supported his CSBK efforts.
